Return Exchange and Credits

• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

• All sales of Special Orders, Barrels, and Custom Gunsmith parts and services are final

• Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise in the original unmarked packages. The merchandise and packaging must be in resalable condition

• Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of purchase is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• RockYourGlock.com, LLC charges a $25.00 fee for returned checks

• Replacement parts will be sent to the customer when one of RockYourGlock's certified armors declares the manufactures materials and or craftsmanship as defective

IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ABSOLUTLY CERTAIN THAT ANY PARTS ORDERED ARE CORRECTLY INSTALLED AND FITTED. IMPROPER FITTING OF PARTS MAY RESULT IN A DANGEROUS MALFUNCTIONING, DAMAGE TO THE FIREARM AND SERIOUS INJURY TO THE SHOOTER AND OTHER PERSONS. THE PURCHASER AND INSTALLER OF PARTS MUST ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR CORRECT ADJUSTMENT AND FUNCTIONING AFTER SUCH INSTALLATION.
