The plug is designed to close the open cavity at the bottom of the grip, not allowing debri to enter and reach trigger assembly and firing pin. It also fits flush to eliminate snagging on open cavity. Used by LE & military worldwide.

Kit includes 4-4-x3/8" flathead hex screw and 1/16" hex wrench.
Designed to be used with factory backstrap on or off.
Two holes in plug to allow different plug positions (for backstrap being on or off)
